Managed Intune and Autopilot for remote teams

Your staff's devices live in homes, and often co-working spaces as well. You will not see most of the staff computers again after they ship. Which is fine if Intune and Autopilot are doing the hard parts: enrolment, compliance, least privilege, patching and wipe.

Device compliance enforcement
Australia-wide ship-to-user logistics
Essential Eight device and patching controls
For Australian teams of 5–75 seats β€” distributed across states, cities, and regional areas
What we deliver
Compliance before convenience
Conditional Access tied to device compliance
Least privilege enforcement
Standard users by default, admin rights reviewed
Patch and update management
Aligned to Essential Eight requirements
Remote wipe capability
Lost, stolen, or departed endpoints
Ship devices to staff anywhere in Australia. Autopilot builds to your baseline on first sign-in without an engineer on the doorstep.

Internacious runs Microsoft Intune for Australian teams of about 5–75 seats. We ship devices to the person who needs them, enrol them, and keep Conditional Access honest so non-compliant devices are blocked from company data. Local and Australia-wide logistics to bring your distributed team's virtual workspace together.

What you get / how it works

Compliance before convenience

  • Compliance policies that require encryption, a current OS, endpoint protection and sensible configuration before company data is reachable.
  • Conditional Access tied to device compliance. Identity alone is not enough when the laptop is on whoever's Wi-Fi.
  • Least privilege on the device and in Entra: standard users by default; admin rights only where justified and reviewed.
  • Patch and update rings for Windows and in-scope applications, aligned based on requirement to Essential Eight device and patching controls.
  • Remote wipe and selective wipe for lost, stolen, departed or BYOD endpoints.

Autopilot that survives real Australian shipping

  • Hardware procured and Autopilot-registered so the first sign-in builds the device to your baseline.
  • Apps and configuration pushed without an engineer on the doorstep.
  • Same policy set whether the device arrives locally or interstate.
  • Offboarding that matches: disable access, revoke sessions, wipe or recover the device when someone leaves from another state.

How we work it day to day

  • Agree the compliance bar and exceptions you can live with.
  • Build Autopilot + Intune profiles, apps and Conditional Access in your tenant.
  • Enrol existing devices in a controlled cutover; new hires ship already on the path.
  • Monitor compliance drift, patch health and privilege exceptions with the same team that answers the phone.

Who it's for

Distributed remote teams on Microsoft 365 who need device control they can defend that meets compliance and regulatory expectations, wherever staff are based. Firms hiring across states, hybrid professional services, multi-site operators, and anyone whose last "Intune project" fell over.

If management / board care about Essential Eight patching and privilege, this is the device layer that makes those answers true.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this just so new starters get a seamless day-one laptop?

Day-one readiness is a by-product. We lead with compliance, wipe, least privilege and patch posture, because those are what fail audits and create breach risk when staff are remote.

Can you ship and enrol devices outside Sydney?

Yes. AU-wide ship-to-user is part of how we already deliver. Autopilot and Intune are what make distance irrelevant once the carton leaves the courier.

What if we already "have Intune" but half the fleet is non-compliant?

Common. We inventory, fix enrolment gaps, tighten compliance and Conditional Access, and clean up local admin sprawl. Having the licence is different from running an operated baseline. So we can discover and propose the remediations needed to fulfil dependencies.

Do you support BYOD?

Where it makes sense and where industry vertical permits: compliance gates, app protection / selective wipe, and a clear line between company and personal data. If BYOD cannot meet the bar you need, we will say so.

How does this relate to Essential Eight?

Intune is how patch OS/apps, hardening, privilege restriction and (with Entra) MFA-backed access get enforced on endpoints you never touch. Pair this page with our Essential Eight remote / multi-site work when the board wants the full story.

If your people and devices are spread across states and cities, you need Intune run properly, not a licence sitting unused. Talk it through with us.
